Patent Attorney The candidate should have a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering or physics. Will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, performing invalidity and infringement analysis and some trademark prosecution. Should have a strong technical background, particularly in computer memory architecture, circuity design and aircraft technology. Must have 3+ years of experience in drafting patent applications. Should also have excellent writing skills and a willingness to learn. Note: Telecommuting is an option.
