Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be managing a litigation docket, preparing and filing state and federal court complaints, drafting motions, preparing and issuing discovery, communicating with clients, scheduling hearings with courts, and preparing for and assisting with trials and depositions. Must have 5+ years experience as a Litigation Paralegal, well versed with federal and state courts and experience in plaintiff's product liability and class action suits. Must be self-starters, deadline and detail-oriented,highly organized and proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Adobe Pro.
