Associate Attorney The candidate will join insurance defense law firm. Must have litigation experience in personal injury protection cases. Must have a solid understanding of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, experience with case analysis, drafting motions and discovery. Must have prior courtroom and deposition experience and the ability to handle a high volume of cases. Should have excellent analytical and writing abilities, negotiation skills and client interaction. Must be able to manage deadlines. Must have 2+ years litigation of experience.
