Associate Attorney The candidate will be meeting with clients to determine their needs regarding estate planning, probate, trust administration, and guardianship and advising on how we can best assist with those needs. Conducting effective legal research, analyzing data, and providing legal solutions for the situation. Effectively communicating with our clients, staff, and others in person, via phone, Zoom, and emails. Meeting with clients to explain and assist them with executing their legal documents. Attending any marketing and/or educational events that may be necessary to build both the professional and legal needs for the benefit of the candidate and the firm. Should have graduated from an accredited law program and licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Must have 3+ years of experience in estate planning and probate Law with strong knowledge of legal research, laws, and regulations related to estate planning, estate and trust administration, and probate law. Must have the ability to maintain high levels of professional conduct, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Be self-motivated and able to effectively manage, organize and complete high caseloads. Be client service-oriented, able to assess clients needs, empathize, assist with challenging life problems, and deliver quality services in a timely fashion. Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Be a quick learner, comfortable with technology, and ability to quickly learn unfamiliar software. An existing Notary is desired.
