Associate Attorney The candidate will monitor routine case files to ensure deadlines are maintained. Investigate facts and legal matters to determine causes of action. Research, analyze, and interpret law sources such as statutes, rules and regulations, ordinances, court decisions, and legal opinions. Assist departments with document review. Responsible for drafting and review of routine motions and pleadings. Available to answer and explain questions and issues identify and solve issues. Review all preliminary and updated title work, draft necessary legal documents and monitor new referrals and generate reports. The candidate should be licensed in the state of Illinois. Must have 1-2 years of relevant experience in the practice of Real Estate and/or Foreclosure.
