Paralegal, Plaintiff's Injury / Litigation The candidate will assist Firms attorneys in client projects and case work through various tasks. May work primarily in one division, or both, which may include drafting of pleadings, discovery, drafting and reviewing of various contracts and document types, legal research including case law research, government agency policies and procedures, document form and filings under pressure. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Assess and prioritize tasks in order to forecast and meet deadlines timely. Accurately track time and expenses and assign such to the proper client. Communicate effective and efficiently and be able to collaborate and work with a team. Responsible for coordinating and assisting with case processing, multi-state case matter coordination, file compilation and review, logistical support. Should preferably have 0-3 years of experience. Familiarity with California laws and procedures preferred.
