Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney - Plaintiff The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of a case in state and federal court to include pre-trial prep, court appearances, motions, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trial. Should have a license in good standing to practice law in Florida. First Chair trial experience on behalf of plaintiff in a medical malpractice trial is required. Should have minimum of 5 trials completed to verdict. A strong medical knowledge is needed. Should have excellent research skills including use of legal and non-legal sources. A strong courtroom presence and eagerness to try cases is essential.
