Immigration Attorney The candidate will be responsible for assisting the head of the firm in representing individuals in Immigration Court as well as before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in family-based petitions and before the Asylum Office. Will meet regularly with clients and the head of the firm for consultations, affidavits, and to prepare them for interviews before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. At other times, assisting in writing briefs, arguments, and researching innovative ways to help clients. The candidate should have Bar certification. Must have 1+ year of experience in Immigration Law. Fluency in Spanish preferred. Highly organized and excellent attention to detail is required. Must have outstanding oral, written, and active listening communication skills. Strong administrative problem-solving and time management skills needed.
