Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist the attorney in cases involved in various Mass Tort litigation, including: transition case file from pre-lit to litigation (red rope to file room); notify Litigation Medical Records person to order litigation records for client; prepare complaints; file complaints; upload complaint in client's file; calendar deadline for plaintiff fact sheet; complete plaintiff fact sheets; calendar attorney review of plaintiff fact sheets; serve plaintiff fact sheets on defendant; upload copy of plaintiff fact sheet in client's file; follow-up with client on information needed for plaintiff fact sheet; listen to case management conferences and summarize update on litigation for attorney to prepare client update letter; mail client letters; prepare co-counseling agreements; prepare updates to co-counsel on cases; respond to requests from co-counsel. Must be an energetic self-starter well versed in organization, time management and customer service. Must have the ability to empathize with clients. Have 1+ year Paralegal experience is preferred.
