Attorney The candidate will be assess liability and damages. Handle a large caseload. Manage full case handling responsibilities from inception through appeal, including all facets of discovery and trial. Regularly consult with clients, opposing counsel, adjusters, and the judiciary. Effectively negotiate settlements. Work as part of a team with all levels of experiences. Cultivate relationships with the firm s existing and future clients. Should preferably have 2-3 years experience as an attorney. Must be Licensed with the WSBA with no discipline history and in good standing. Experience with time management systems is required. Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills is required.
