Assistant Paralegal The candidate will learn to analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency. Will learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications. Draft petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits. File documents with government agencies and internally. Maintain case management system and client contact information. Interface with corporate representatives and foreign nationals. Work closely in a team environment. Build knowledge of firm and client processes. BA or BS degree is required. Minimum 3.0 GPA is strongly preferred.
