Workers Compensation Defense Attorney The candidate should have 1+ year of defense workers compensation experience. Must have experience before the WCAB (preferably in the local area). Trial and doctor deposition experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential. Good dictation and computer skills (and electronic billing, preferably ATO). Expertise in old and new rating schedules. Knowledge of current WC caselaw and the Labor Code.
