Litigation Paralegal The candidate Should be experienced litigator and experience paralegal who can handle cases from inception through trial. Trial experience a plus. Areas of practice focus are Construction Defect Litigation (representing Developers), PI/Casualty and Construction Risk. Seeking candidates with good legal analysis, solid writing. Must have extensive experience with document management and e-discovery. Attorneys must be able to take and defend depositions (experts and PMk).
