Must speak SPANISH. 1-2 years experience in personal injury litigation is required. Responsibilities: Preparing and filing lawsuits, propounding and responding to discovery and understanding court rules and procedures. Schedule and calendaring court deadlines, depositions, hearings, and Defense Medical Examinations (DME), Preparing demand letters, Arbitration and Mediation Briefs. Additional experience in Personal Injury, such as scheduling doctor appointments, opening claims with insurance also desire.
