Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3+ years of experience with Personal Injury Litigation (Insurance Defense a plus) and must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and also willing to relocate to a new additional office space in Peachtree City. Ability to draft demand letters are needed. Trial Prep is needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed. Must be proficient with computer and various operating systems including: Microsoft Windows operating systems; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Internet; Must be able to type a minimum of 50 wpm. High School Diploma or equivalent is needed. Should have 3+ years experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Should preferably have experience with Personal Injury.
