Family Law Attorney The candidate will become a part of Family Law Department. Represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and draft motions and legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Handle Immigration bond hearings, deportation removals, green card, citizenship, deferred inspections, and appeals. The candidate should have previous experience in Family law. Should have familiarity with various legal documents. Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have Florida Bar Member In good standing. Must have 1 + year of experience. Spanish is a must.
