Seeking Tax Attorney with 3 years' experience advising and representing clients with tax disputes before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing agencies. Candidate will represent clients in all stages of tax controversy, including audits and examinations, appeals, tax litigation, and tax collection cases. California Bar License is required. CPA license and/or LL.M. in taxation is preferred. Spanish language skills are preferred.
