Associate Attorney The candidate will work in a personal injury practice. Must have the ability to work effectively as a team while also handling an individual caseload. Must have a strong commitment to achieving excellent results for our clients through intelligent and aggressive advocacy. The candidate should also possess a strong commitment to advocating for those injured by the negligence of others. Exceptional work ethic, high motivation, and willingness to work long hours if necessary to serve clients. Positive attitude and ability to work well with a variety of other people. WSBA membership is required. Handling all aspects of plaintiffs personal injury practice including writing and reviewing settlement demand, negotiation, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, arbitrations, mediations, etc. This position also includes taking an intake, contacting insurance companies, maintaining contact with clients, ordering medical records and bills, organizing medical records and bills.
