Telecommuting Employment Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in employment immigration, including PERMS, EB-1, H-1B and O visas with excellent writing and research skills to remotely support a three-attorney immigration practice. Availability during business hours is preferred (Eastern Standard Time). Work assigned on an as-needed basis including responses to Requests for Evidence and research of legal issues.
