Attorney - Technology and Commercial Agreements The candidate will have work involve assisting clients with the numerous contractual arrangements arising during the business lifecycle. Must have 1-3 years of experience in commercial contract review to join our team of experienced attorneys in the Commercial and Technology (CAT) Practice Area. Must have experience reviewing, revising, drafting, managing and negotiating a variety of vendor, and supply chain contracts, including technology and licensing agreements. Must have excellent academic and professional credentials. Related experience in privacy, data security and intellectual property is a plus.
