Family Immigration Attorney The candidate will be working in a broad range of immigration cases with a concentration in family immigration. Will be handling a high volume case load, and will need to be committed to prompt client communication, timely and accurate document production. At least three(3) years experience is required. Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred. Verifiable knowledge of removal, asylum, family petition, waivers, u-visas, etc. The ability to handle a high volume of cases. Verifiable litigation experience.
