Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will drafting professional letters pertaining to legal matters for attorney review. Schedule mediations, depositions. Draft demands letters - prepare summons and complaint. Organize and maintain filling for pleading and discovery. Provide all necessary settlement and litigation support for the attorneys. Must have 3+ years of experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe PDF, along with advanced computer skills is required. Experience in Needles Case Management software is preferred. Skills and knowledge preparing discovery responses is needed. Proficiency in drafting witness disclosures is must. Knowledge and expertise to prepare ER 904 and other trial documents is essential.
