Associate Attorney The candidate will join family, civil and probate law firm. Should have 3+ years experience heavy in litigation. This attorney position has extensive court time. Additionally, this attorney will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery relating to the firms litigation matters. Should have the ability to bring in clients and to maintain existing client relationships. Must have the ability and experience to independently manage and move pending cases forward. Must be licensed in, and be in good standing with, the Texas Bar.
