Civil Litigation Insurance Defense Paralegal The candidate will assist with case management, legal document preparation, and case strategy leading to trial. Must have 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Insurance defense experience is required. Should preferably have experience with billing out time as a paralegal in a law firm. Candidate with in-house experience at Insurance company will be considered. Must be proficient with MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. Any experience working in a CA law firm or Filing Experience in California is highly preferred.
