Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in preparing petitions and applications for family and employment based immigration cases. Bachelor s degree is preferred. Must have 2+ years experience as immigration paralegal handling employment based immigration cases, including preparing H1B and L1 petitions and PERM labor certifications. Must have excellent writing skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task. Must have excellent customer service skills and great attention to detail.
