Part-Time Legal Secretary The candidate will be preparing motions. Will do dictation. Calendaring. Drafting of legal documents. Various administrative duties such as travel coordination and coordinating meetings. Inputting attorney time. Answering phones and relieving the firm's receptionist once as needed. Other duties as assigned. The candidate should have 1-3 years of civil defense litigation experience. Must have knowledge of litigation procedures and processes, e-filing, and creating table of authorities. Prior experience with attorney dictation, expense reimbursements, calendaring and scheduling work, inputting time, and coordinating meetings and travel is required. Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to integrate into a fast-paced environment. Excellent typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) is required.
