Part-time Claims and Appeals Staff Attorney The candidate will represent firm clients in connection with claims and appeals brought by individual plan participants, beneficiaries and third parties (such as medical providers) before clients' benefit plans. Must be a seasoned practitioner with 3+ years of significant legal experience in representing clients specifically on employee benefit plan claims and appeals matters. Prior litigation experience is ideal. Note: Telecommuting and other work arrangements are permitted.
