Criminal Defense Attorney The candidate will attend court hearings virtually and in person. ?Provide expertise on all aspects of litigation. ?Visit clients in jails (virtually and in person at a later time). ?Assist with trial preparations and participate in trials. Perform legal research and draft motions. Communicate with clients, other attorneys and prosecutors. Should have J.D. Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana. Passion for Criminal Defense specifically is required. Must have strong research skills. Must have experience in Criminal Defense and passion to practice it.
