Paralegal - Construction Defect Litigation The candidate responsibilities will include: Full Case Management; Discovery; Drafting Pleadings, Summaries, Budgets, etc.; Regular Contact with Client, Insured, Experts, Opposing Parties, etc.; Attorney Preparation for Deposition, Hearing, Mediation and Trials/AAA. Should have 5+ years of experience. Familiarity with insurance company billing practices and working knowledge of Total Office (f/k/a Client Profiles) case management software - a plus.
