Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate will edit and format documents, including agreements, pleadings, and filings; track deadlines and status of cases/matters. Will manage and assist with complex document productions; transcribe tapes; draft routine correspondence; organize and maintain client files (paper and electronic); coordinate attorney calendars; make travel arrangements for attorneys and track the related expenses. The candidate should have 3-5 years of solid litigation experience, excellent computer skills and the proven ability to work with confidence and poise under pressure. Must have knowledge of e-filing procedures. Should have excellent interpersonal communication skills. Organizational aptitude and filing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects are essential. Superior knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, e-filing procedures and Essential Forms required.
