Paralegal--Plaintiffs' Personal Injury The candidate should have 2+ years experience. Will handle all aspects of a case, but emphasize initial interviews, initial work-up, no fault, notices of claim, obtaining medical reports, preparing settlement presentations, and discovery. Heavy client contact. Spanish language or another language is a plus but not a requirement. Must be willing to learn software program. Preferably should have 2 years of personal injury, 1 year of litigation, paralegal and law firm experience.
