Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for litigation case management, preparing filings and documents, page line deposition summaries, medical records summaries, and some legal research. Must have 3+ years of litigation experience, well-organized, independent, detail oriented and ability to multi-task with strong oral and written communication skills. Should exercise excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and strong organizational skills and manage time effectively with the ability to think critically/analytically in a dynamic environment. Experience with billable hours is a strong plus.
