Attorney The candidate represent clients in Integrated Domestic Violence (IDV) Unit. Should have 3 years criminal defense experience preferably in a public defender setting. Must have demonstrated experience litigating cases in Family Court involving family offenses, child support, custody and visitation. Should have excellent oral and written advocacy skills. Must have familiarity with the collateral consequences arising from a criminal or a family court case and willingness to utilize the services that BDS offers its clients.
