Immigration Attorney The candidate will be making regular court appearances at Master and Individual hearings, USCIS appearances, detention center visits, drafting of motions, legal briefs, waivers, applications and other pleadings, attend client and intake meetings, appeals, and legal research. Must be an experienced, Spanish speaking Immigration Attorney. Must have excellent communication, customer service, and analytical skills. Must have high standards, great organizational and time management skills, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, work well with others, and be able to manage support staff.
