Must be able to quickly establish relationships with clients, office staff and court personnel. Must be computer savvy with a working knowledge of basic software. Must have the ability to analyze facts, identify key legal issues and conduct necessary legal research. Must be able to plan, develop, and execute creative litigation strategies. Must be able to express complex legal concepts, arguments, and conclusions in a clear, concise and logical manner. Applicant must be willing to do some traveling to nearby counties.
