Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will assist lawyers throughout the firm. Should have 3 years experience, excellent attention to detail, research skills, the ability to work under pressure and great communication and organizational skills. Should have high degree of familiarity with the litigation process and E-portal/E-filing systems local and statewide-Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have 3 years recent experience in a law firm doing Personal Injury work. Experience using specialized legal case management (Legal Files or similar) is highly desirable. Experience with probate matters a plus. Spanish speaking is a plus.
