Labor & Employment Attorney The candidate should have 2-3 years of legal experience. Familiarity with a broad range of labor and employment law issues including state and federal anti-discrimination laws, labor laws, leave laws, executive employment agreements, pay equity matters, OFCCP compliance, and/or non-competition and trade secret matters, is preferred. Expertise in brief writing, written discovery, depositions, investigations, reviews of policy manuals, and/or employer training programs, is a plus. Should have highly developed writing and analytical skills. Must be a member of the D.C. Bar, or eligible to sit for or waive in to the D.C. Bar. Local candidates with immediate start availability are strongly preferred.
