Paralegal (Commercial Contracts and Civil Litigation), Contract Candidate will work with the principal and on contract drafting and administration and civil litigation matters. Must: (1) be able to accept guidance, be creative and self-reliant, (2) have experience drafting commercial and real estate contracts (or be willing to learn to draft contracts), (3) have at least five years of experience in a business litigation law firm working on civil litigation matters, (4) have excellent writing and organizational skills, (5) have experience preparing and filing civil litigation documents and Judicial Council forms, (6) have experience managing e-discovery projects, and (7) possess excellent computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Word , Adobe Acrobat and WestlawNext. Experience with Time Matters or similar legal billing programs along with some management experience is a plus. Must have the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters in a progressive, flexible and fun environment.
