Immigration Paralegal - Bilingual (English/Spanish) The candidate must have experience in the following areas: Immigrant/Non-immigrant Visas; Adjustment of Status; Naturalization; Work permits; TPS; DACA; RFE; Removal Proceedings; Bond Hearings; Cancellation of Removal Proceedings; Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal; Waivers; EB-5 and H-1B; Should have a team mentality with an emphasis on customer service. Must also be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to multitask to meet deadlines in a timely manner. Salary is competitive and will be determined based on experience and education. Must have 2+ years' immigration experience, and must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision. Must have a high level of efficiency and accuracy in completing their daily objectives and should be computer literate with modern software applications. Professionalism and a strong work ethic are paramount. English and Spanish is a must.
