Family Law Attorney, Contract The candidate will serve clients in the northeast quadrant of Oklahoma and must be able to handle family law cases from the initial interview process to the close of the case. Must have 1+ years' experience in the following areas of law: Divorce, Alimony (spousal maintenance), Child Custody, Child Support, Paternity, Modification, Post-Judgment, and Visitation. 1 year experience in the areas of bankruptcy and immigration a plus. License or certification Oklahoma Bar Association is required. Language skills in Spanish is preferred.
