Personal Injury Legal Assistant / Paralegal Candidate will manage 70+ case files, including client contact, drafting responses, requesting medical records, etc. Experience addressing daily court and EBT calendar is ideal. Must have 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Experience with Smart Advocate a plus. Bilingual Spanish is a must.
