Excellent customer service verbal and written skills. Organizational and time management skills. Creative and a problem solver. Great communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs that may relate to field of work is a plus. Type 60+ words a minute. Must be proficient in both writing and speaking in English. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
