Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate will assist on attendance at hearings, depositions, mediation and trial, as well as preparation of status reports to insurance carriers, preparation of various litigation documents and other essential tasks as necessary. Should have 3+ years' experience in general civil defense litigation, with a focus on first-party litigation. Should possess the ability to manage a high-volume workload, thrive in a team environment, recognize essential deadlines, and work well under pressure.
