Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate will be given the freedom to work independently on a case load of their own while at the same time have the support of the managing attorney. Will attend court hearings in person and through zoom; Attend case evaluation hearings and facilitations; Complete discovery; Conduct and defend depositions; Draft motions and responses (Motions to Compel, Motions in Limine, Motions for Summary Disposition), demands, summaries, witness lists, notices and correspondences; E-Filings; Prepare for Trial; and Second chair 2-4 trials a year and possibly first-chairing provider trials. No-Fault experience is required. The ability to speak Sureth or Arabic is highly preferred. Must have outstanding writing and communication skills.
