Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have 3+ years experience in preparing relief applications for cases in removal proceedings, Family Petitions, Consular processing and all types of waivers, SIJS, Asylum, VAWA and U visas. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, stellar written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain cool under pressure. Should have the ability to work independently with limited supervision in a high volume, fast-paced environment is a must.
