Family Law Paralegal The candidate must have 3 years experience in Family Law Litigation. Specific responsibilities include case analysis and development, deadline management for the attorneys, drafting of pleadings, motions etc. Candidate must be able to prepare discovery and respond to discovery in various types of family law matters, and meet with prospective and existing clients, and work with the family law attorneys to maintain excellent client contact. Spanish speaking is a plus.
