Business Immigration Associate Attorney Duties: Provide comprehensive immigration services to clients of all sizes, including numerous Fortune 500 companies. Provide superior client service at competitive fixed fee rates. Handling client matters, from case initiation to case strategy/planning to the successful completion of the case, always remaining accessible to all of clients. Larger immigration clients tend to be multinational and/or technology focused. Universities and research companies also have significant immigration needs. Handle immigration compliance issues can impact any employer, particularly those in labor-intensive industries such as food processing, construction and hospitality. Requirements: JD Degree. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must have 2+ years of business immigration experience in a fast paced environment. Should possess extensive experience with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, TN and E visas. Must possess experience in high-volume business immigration work environment. Excellent writing, organizational and research skills are required.
