Immigration Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years of professional legal experience in family and business immigration law in a high-volume immigration practice. Will consider candidates with strong EOIR experience and/or experience preparing and filing employment-based non-immigrant (H, O, and L) and immigrant visa petitions (PERM). Must have ability to interface independently with clients. Should have strong legal research and writing ability, with prior experience preparing motions and memoranda for submission to EOIR. Probate Court experience a plus. Must have JD degree. Bar Admission and Member in good standing is required.
