Legal Secretary The candidate will provide secretarial support/administrative assistance and manage workflow for attorneys and/or paralegals. Will assist attorneys and paralegals in all aspects of general legal practice, including answering phones, preparation of correspondence, discovery, maintaining client files, filing documents in court, client contact, and assisting in trial preparation. Standard office clerical functions such as: answering phones, copying, filing, mail handling, letter drafting, and record keeping as needed. Greet clients and visitors; maintains good customer service with external and internal clients; observes confidentiality of attorney-client relationship. Should have 1+ year of experience. Microsoft Office skills is needed. Excellent communication skill is advantageous.
