Immigration Paralegal Responsibilities: Providing legal services to those seeking investment, employment and business visas as well as PERM process (EB2/EB3) and other forms of immigration relief such as L1A, O1, I-140, AOS, Naturalization and more; Assessing eligibility for immigration benefits; Performing consultations and providing research. Requirements: Law degree from an accredited law school; Texas Bar member and being an attorney in good standing. Memberships to another state bar will be considered; 3-4 years working as a business immigration practicing attorney required; Proficiency in MS Office; Fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, writing, and reading) is mandatory.
